Anduril Introduces Its New Drone 16 November, 2020

U.S.-based firm Anduril has introduced the Ghost 4 UAV, capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL).

The vehicle uses machine learning to analyse imagery and identify targets, but it also relies on more conventional rules-based software for critical control and decision-making among swarm teammates.

The drone, which is planned to be used in intelligence and reconnaissance operations, is described as a modular system. The platform can be installed by an operator in less than 60 seconds to be operationally ready.
