FNSS, added a new one to its export successes.

FNSS, which has facilities located in Ankara, inked an agreement with Philippines and added new country to its export customers. AACE (Armoured Amphibious Combat Earthmover), which has been operating successfully in the Turkish Armed Forces inventory, will serve in the Philippines Army. FNSS General Manager and CEO Nail Kurt has given good news of export in the interview with Anadolu Agency. While Kurt did not specify how many vehicles the Philippines would receive under the agreement, which was accepted at the end of last year and whose final details are about to be completed, signaled that possible different vehicle exports.

Having achieved its first export success, AACE has armour protection, unlike its counterparts. The amphibious platform can perform the necessary operations on both sides of the crossing area alone, without the need for another vehicle in river crossing operations. The vehicle, which operates with 1 operator and 1 crew, can increase its weight by getting ballast when necessary and thus, it can increase the work capability. The vehicle, which is in tracked configuration, can reach a speed of 45 km on land and 8.6 km / h thanks to its hydro jets.
