Kazakhstan signed an agreement with Russia October 1, 2018

Under the agreement, the Astana administration gained to military access to Russia's navigational system GLONASS. Kazkosmos, the aeronautical and space committee of Kazakhstan, will be presented as a source for the use of the system. Armed forces and military topographers will be primart users of system. GLONASS, which includes altitude, coordinate and position calculation as well as programming of guidance systems as application areas, has high precision. Kazakhstan, India and Algeria are using military systems for military purposes, except for Russia, which can give information with a 200-meter deviation at the weakest moment.
