Bozdoğan (Merlin)  Completed First Tests 26 November, 2019

The first air-launched test of Bozdağan (Merlin) took place successfully. The missile is developed by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, (TUBITAK) Defence Industrıes Research and Development Instıtute (SAGE) under Göktuğ Program. First tests were carried out as surface to air guided missile tests.IR- guided long-range tests from air launch campaign was successfully completed. After the completion of the tests in 2020, the missile will enter the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces.
