Nuclear-capable Missile Test By India 2 June, 2017

India successfully test-fired the land variant of nuclear-capable short-range Prithvi-II ballistic missile off Odisha coast on Friday. Indigenously developed by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Prithvi-II missile has been launched as part of user training exercise and conducted by Indian Army's Strategic Forces Command. 9-meter long missile can use both solid and liquid fuel and has a range of 350 kilometers. Prithvi-II features an inertial guidance system and can hit mobile targets such as unmanned aerial vehicles.
