Russia goes for War Games 26 October, 2016

Seven ‘Commonwealth of Independent States’ (CIS) members gathered to conduct joint air defence system exercises in the air space of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhistan and Armenia, Russian Ministry of Defence announced on 26 October. Approximately 100 aircraft will take part in the drills, including Sukhoi Su-27, Mikoyan MiG-29, MiG-31, Sukhoi Su-24, Su-34, Su-25 war planes as well as Mi-8 and Kamov Ka-27 helicopters. In these exercises, participant troops will practice counter measures against potential breachs on CIS borders.
