S-400 Negotiations Locked 23 January, 2018

Ongoing negotiations between India and Russia have failed. At a tender which cost of five billion US dollars, India wanted to supply five S-400 Triumf (SA-21 Growler).

The negotiations between the Indian Defense Ministry, Rosoboronexport and Almaz-Antey have been reported to have failed due to disagreement on price, training and service support and technology transfer issues.
