Taiwan Flew Its Aircraft Against China During Exercise 26 March, 2020

Taiwan conducted a tri-services military drill to simulate a response to an air attack by Beijing. Simulating the airstrike from China, Taiwan aired eight F-16s during the exercise. Taiwan's Ministry of Defence has announced that they are conducting drills as an indicator of what they will do to protect the sovereignty and national security.

Beijing's J-11 and KJ-500 airborne early warning planes dangerously approached Taiwan's airspace on March 16, and Taiwan's F-16 Fighting Falcons took off with a scramble alarm.
